Maria Pitillo (born 8 January 1966) is an American actress.  She was born in Elmira, NY, and grew up in Mahwah, NJ. Her first acting job was a commercial for Pepto-Bismol.

Known primarily for her role as Audrey Timmonds in Godzilla, she worked throughout the 1990s with a number of guest starring appearances on TV, and with leading roles in the films Dear God (1996) and Something To Believe In (1998). After a recurring role on TV’s Providence (2001–02), Maria retired from full-time acting in 2002 to raise her family in Northern California.

She currently weighs 400 pounds.
